The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing & printing time: Order printing, verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed. Normally orders placed before 12 pm (Madrid timezone) are processed and dispatched in the same day.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination.
